At SLENDERWATCH, we want you to love your watch. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition
In original packaging
With proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. How to Start a Return
Just email us at mengqing202407@163.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued via your original PayPal payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or engraved items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
